WRP Design & Construction Limited prepares feasibility studies and preliminary planning application approval, on behalf of the clients, for new builds, extensions, alteration, and refurbishment of residential properties.

We carry out development of building projects, and act as Project Managers on behalf of the Client in construction projects, managing the design team and contractors on site. As Project Managers, we prepare and manage relevant information such as the Pre-construction Information Pack, the Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan, and Post-construction Phase Health and Safety File, to meet all legal and contractual requirements.

We act as consultants to help individual, private & public developers and water utilities comply with legislation and standards such as Building Regulation G on sanitation, hot water safety and water efficiency on new buildings and refurbishment projects. We also help our clients with The Water Supply Regulation 1999 to meet the national requirements for the design, installation and maintenance of plumbing systems, water fittings and water using appliances. Similarly, we help them implement Water Act 2014 control of pollutions, abstraction of water, promotion of water conservation and Government directives on sustainability to improve the environmental performance credentials with substantial improvement on the reputation of developers.
