WRP Design & Construction Ltd prepares feasibility studies and preliminary planning application approval, on behalf of the clients, for new builds, extensions, alteration, and refurbishment of building properties.
Construction & Project Management
We carry out development of building projects, and act as Project Managers on behalf of the Client in construction projects, managing the design team and contractors on site. As Project Managers, we prepare and manage relevant information such as the Pre-construction Information Pack, the Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan, and Post-construction Phase Health and Safety File, to meet all legal and contractual requirements.
Water & Environmental Management
We act as consultants to help individual, private and public developers, and water utilities comply with legislation and standards.
Who We Are
We are a property development company registered in the England and Wales, with registration number 13653007. It is run with a professional approach to handling customer’s need, and an eye for a high quality workmanship. Originally formed in February 2014 as a not-for-profit organisation, but later incorporated into a limited liability company in September 2021, to cope with the current high demand for housing. We specialise in alteration and refurbishment of residential buildings, making them energy efficient, while adding value to them.
